ÌìÑÄÉçÇø (District) requests qualified Contractors to submit their bids for charter bus servicesÌýas outlined per the Bid Documents, General Conditions and Special Provisions.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
¶Ù¾±²õ³Ù°ù¾±³¦³ÙÌýwill not be proceeding with Bid No. 17/18-01TS, Charter Bus Services.Ìý There will NOT be a bid opening on May 1, 2018 at 10:00 am.
¶Ù¾±²õ³Ù°ù¾±³¦³ÙÌýis currently advertising in the OC Register and accepting bids untilÌý10:00 am on Tuesday, May 1, 2018.
It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure its Bid is delivered and received by the time and at the location designated.Ìý Any Bids received after the scheduled closing date and time shall not be accepted.Ìý
Contractors must attend a Mandatory Bid MeetingÌýon Thursday, April 19, 2018Ìýat 11:00am. Contractors not in attendance for the entirety of the mandatory bid meeting will be deemed ineligible to submit a Bid for this project. A mandatoryÌýsign-inÌýsheet will be required.Ìý
