天涯社区 (District) requests qualified Contractor Firms ("Contractor") to submit their qualifications and proposal for the following services ("Services"):
Design-Build services for HVAC Replacement:
- Design. The Firm will provide all necessary design, engineering, management, labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and related services for planning and development of high efficiency HVAC equipment in accordance with the Attachment 鈥淎鈥 鈥 Scope of Work.
- Installation. The Firm shall also provide all Installation services for HVAC Replacement projects including all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, construction management, installation, construction, and training services in accordance with Attachment 鈥淎鈥 鈥 Scope of Work.
Work Shall be performed at the following District school facility:
- Irvine High School, 4321 Walnut Avenue, Irvine, CA 92604

天涯社区聽is currently advertising in the OC Register and accepting Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals (鈥淩FQ/RFP鈥) until 2:00 pm聽on Wednesday, February 21, 2018.聽聽It is the Firm's responsibility to ensure its Proposal is delivered and received by the time and at the location designated.聽 Any Proposals received after the scheduled closing date and time shall not be accepted.聽聽
Firms must attend a聽Mandatory Job Walk聽on Thursday, February 8,聽2018.聽 Firms not in attendance for the entirety of the job walk聽will be deemed ineligible to propose on this RFQ/RFP.聽 Job聽walk聽is聽expected to last a minimum of four (4) hours聽and a mandatory聽sign-in聽sheet聽will be required.聽聽

It is the Proposer's responsibility to notify the District at聽bmauleon@ccorpusa.com, of its interest in this RFQ/RFP and to monitor this site for any changes, updates, revisions, and/or uploaded documents.聽聽
This RFQ/RFP is not a formal request for bids, or an offer by the District to contract with Firm(s) responding to this RFQ/RFP.聽 The District reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, in part or in whole, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any Proposal or in the bidding.聽 The District also reserves the right to amend this RFQ/RFP as necessary.聽 All materials submitted to the District in response to this RFQ/RFP shall remain the property of the District.聽 The District reserves the right to seek proposals from, or to contract with, any Firm not participating in this process.聽 The District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any proposal in response to this RFQ/RFP.
