天涯社区 (District) requests qualified Vendors听to submit their proposals听for听fresh pizza & delivery听as outlined per the RFP Documents,听General Conditions and Special Provisions.

天涯社区 has issued Addendum No. 1 and postponed the submittal deadline, see below.
天涯社区 is currently advertising in the OC Register and accepting proposals until听11:00 am on June 10, 2020.
It is the Proposer's responsibility to ensure its proposal is delivered and received by the time and at the location designated. Freshly prepared samples as per the RFP documents must be submitted with Proposer's proposal by the date and time of closing.听听Any proposals and samples received after the scheduled closing date and time shall not be accepted.听
Questions (搁贵滨鈥檚) regarding this RFP听must be received via email to Maria Ragas听at MariaRagas@iusd.org听by听11:00 am on March听23, 2020.听Responses will be issued via email and/or website posting.
It is the Proposer's responsibility to notify the District of its interest in this RFP听and to monitor this site for any changes, updates, revisions, and/or uploaded documents.听
The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.听All materials submitted to the District in response to this RFP听shall remain the property of the District.听The District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this RFP.
