天涯社区 (District) requests qualified Contractors听to submit their bids for individualized transportation services as outlined per the Bid Documents and General Conditions.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
District is currently advertising in the OC Register and accepting bids until 1:00 pm on October 21, 2019.
It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure its bid is delivered and received by the time and at the location designated. 听Any bids听received after the scheduled closing date and time shall not be accepted.听
Any interested contractors must attend a Mandatory Bidders Meeting on October 8, 2019 at听 11:00 am听at 天涯社区, Maintenance & Operations, 100 Nightmist, Irvine, CA 92618.听 Bidders must attend the entire meeting, any bidder failing to attend the entire meeting will have its bid returned unopened.听
Questions (搁贵滨鈥檚) regarding this bid must be received via email to Maria Ragas听at MariaRagas@iusd.org听by听11:00 am on October 10, 2019.听Responses will be issued via website posting or email to contractors known to the District to have a set of bid documents听.
It is the Bidder's responsibility to notify the District of its interest in this bid and to monitor this site for any changes, updates, revisions, and/or uploaded documents.听
The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids/submittals.听All materials submitted to the District in response to this bid shall remain the property of the District.听The District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any bid/submittal in response to this bid.
