天涯社区 (District) requests qualified Contractors to submit their bids for Univeristy High School high voltage听replacement as outlined per the Bid Documents, Project Schedule, Project Manual/Specifications, General Conditions and Drawings.

天涯社区 is currently advertising in the OC Register and accepting bids until 2:00 pm on April 6, 2020.听
It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure its Bid is delivered and received by the time and at the location designated.听 Any Bids received after the scheduled closing date and time shall not be accepted.听
Contractors must attend a Mandatory Job Walk and Pre-Bid Meeting on Monday, March 23, 2020听at 9:00 am. Contractors not in attendance for the entirety of the mandatory job walk and pre-bid meeting will be deemed ineligible to submit a Bid for this project. A mandatory听sign-in听sheet will be required.听

It is the Bidder's responsibility to notify the District of its interest in this bid and to monitor this site for any changes, updates, revisions, and/or uploaded documents.听
The District reserves the right to reject any and all Bids.听All materials submitted to the District in response to this bid shall remain the property of the District.听The District shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this bid.
